Step 1 - Information gathering
At this step it is important for the client to provide as much information as possible.
Client sends reference materials for the project:
Design Concept / Hand Sketch / Scope of Work / Instructions / CAD files / Textures / Furniture images etc.
Step 2 - Starting Modeling
Start of the modeling process based on the infоrmation provided by the client.
Converting / Drafting / Detailing / Drawings / Modeling:
We send the First preview render (poor quality).
This preview is used for the first correction. Geometry check, materials and lights layout.
Step 3 - First Correction
This is the step where the clients gives the first comments. This preview is used for confirming the basic geometry, materials and lights layout. At this stage the details are introduced into the scene.
The client sends the first correction sketch (markup) with the detail explanation on it.
Checking and marking with desired changes / comments.
Step 4 - Good quality rendering
Corrections / changes are carried out as per instructions.
This is a very delicate stage and usually most time consuming as we now go into detailed modeling and texturing as per instruction.
We send the Second preview render (good quality) for approval.
Step 5 - Second Correction
At this stage usually the client makes the last small changes and fine tunning before the final rendering is produced.
The client sends the second correction sketch (markup).
Step 6 - High quality rendering
Corrections / changes are carried out as per instructions and final rendering is produced.
We send the final high quality product.
The workflow above given is very suitable and applied in most cases. If the client wants to make even more changes and alternations to the renderings, we are always ready to make one.
